The I am Centered Bracelet was designed in partnership with The Center for Mind-Body Medicine (www.cmbm.org) in Washington DC and supports their healing programs all over the world (Haiti, Gaza, Israel and right here at home) and a small local school for indigenous children in Colombia. Each handmade bracelet features pearls at its center, and comes with a beautiful centered mantra, all meant to serve as a daily reminder to choose to be centered as often as we can in our daily lives. Wear one, or wear many, keep them for yourself or share them with loved ones that need a bit of centering in their lives. **Note: long version can be worn as bracelet or short necklace.
